PVH seeks a passionate Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences on the Tommy Hilfiger sales floor whilst upholding brand standards under the guidance of store management. This role encompasses customer engagement, inventory processing, restocking, cashiering, and brand advocacy to drive sales and cultivate customer loyalty through authentic enthusiasm for the iconic American lifestyle brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, helpful customer interactions that inspire sales and foster brand affinity
- Actively engage with customers by promoting current brand campaigns and product launches
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain store appearance standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process cashier transactions accurately
- Demonstrate pride and commitment to brand values in all customer and team interactions
- Assist with store operations and visual merchandising under management direction
Qualifications
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Physical capability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Flexibility to accommodate evening, weekend and holiday scheduling
