Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm and engaging customer interactions that inspire product discovery and build brand loyalty
- Process new inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Promote brand campaigns, product launches, and brand vision to customers
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness while supporting all sales floor operations
- Work flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods
- Capacity to lift and carry up to 20 pounds regularly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience
Prior retail experience preferred but not required; demonstrated customer service orientation essential.
