PVH seeks a Sales Associate to represent Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands at Galeries Lafayette Annecy. The role combines customer experience excellence, operational execution, and brand representation—welcoming clients, identifying their needs, proposing curated products, and ensuring memorable shopping experiences. The Associate contributes to store performance, stock management, visual merchandising standards, and team collaboration in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome, guide, and advise customers throughout their in-store journey, identifying needs and proposing tailored products to drive sales performance
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge and communicate product characteristics and benefits effectively to customers
• Maintain high customer experience standards, gather client feedback, and escalate insights to management for continuous store improvement
• Participate in daily store operations including product replenishment, cash handling, and visual merchandising standards maintenance
• Ensure proper stock organization and inventory management in collaboration with dedicated teams
• Support shrink prevention through vigilant observation and reporting of unusual situations
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and learning-oriented work environment
• Actively adopt new initiatives and contribute to achievement of group objectives
