The Sales Associate at TOMMY HILFIGER delivers engaging customer service, promotes the brand, processes inventory, replenishes merchandise and operates the cash register. Role & Responsibilities
- Create warm, helpful customer interactions that inspire sales and build affinity for the brand.
- Stay informed about current campaigns and product launches, and promote the brand vision to customers.
- Process new inventory, replenish shelves, operate the cash register and support sales-floor operations.
- Represent the brand with pride, commitment and passion for its customers.
Qualifications
- Friendly, organized and equipped with excellent time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for the brand’s goals and values.
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
- Able to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
