PVH seeks a Retail Controller Assistant to support financial analysis and reporting across brands and geographical markets. The role encompasses analysis of financial results by country, brand, channel, and division; preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly activity reports; participation in monthly financial closures; support for seasonal budget development; and creation of management reporting tools. The successful candidate will report to the Retail Controller and collaborate closely with the finance team on analytical and operational projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results by country, brand, channel, and division
- Update and maintain weekly and monthly activity reporting
- Participate in monthly financial closures and reconciliation processes
- Support development and refinement of seasonal budgets and re-estimates in accordance with company calendar
- Design and develop financial management and tracking tools
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and analytical initiatives
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from business partners
Qualifications
- Fluent written English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in finance, business analysis, or management accounting
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated ability to synthesize numerical data into actionable insights
- Current valid internship agreement (convention de stage) required
