PVH Retail Area Manager position in Düsseldorf overseeing Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein full-price stores across central Germany.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store teams with passion and integrity, fostering individuality and inclusivity
- Coach, develop, and manage store personnel performance to deliver operational excellence
- Monitor team performance and motivate staff to achieve sales and operational targets
- Ensure implementation of EMEA Visual Merchandising guidelines and standards across all stores
- Track monthly P&L performance and manage staff planning within the region
- Collaborate with store managers and internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic improvements
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive consumer engagement through best-in-class retail experience that exceeds service standards
- Identify market and competitive opportunities in the fashion industry to optimize store positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- University degree with management focus or equivalent professional qualification
- Native-level German language proficiency and very good English language skills
- Extensive experience in leadership and people management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong stakeholder management and inter-collaboration skills

Education
