The Retail Area Manager leads multiple Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Outlet stores across Germany, driving customer experience, operational excellence, team development, omnichannel capabilities, and sustainable, profitable growth. The role oversees performance, budgets, workforce planning, visual merchandising, and store openings and refits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead store teams across multiple Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Outlet stores in Germany, fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Recruit, coach, develop, and manage store teams to strengthen engagement, performance, and talent growth.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse business performance, and implement action plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure teams deliver a best-in-class PVH customer experience through excellent service standards and strong omnichannel execution.
- Ensure consistent implementation of PVH visual merchandising standards and continuously optimise store presentation with key business partners.
- Oversee P&L performance, workforce planning, retail budgets, and operational excellence; support store openings and refits.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business performance and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve store operations while promoting innovation, collaboration, diversity, and sustainability.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Management or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience within fashion retail.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse KPIs, P&L performance, and retail data to drive business decisions.
- Good knowledge of the fashion retail market, consumer trends, omnichannel retail, and customer behaviour.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office and retail systems such as SAP/Fiori, Workday, Storeforce, or similar.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region.

Experience
3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
Education
University degree in Business Management or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience within the fashion retail industry.
