PVH Retail & Operations Assistant internship in Paris for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein—6-month position starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Master and support daily usage of principal PVH retail tools including GKPOS, SAP, StoreForce, and RFID systems across store networks
- Produce and consolidate weekly reporting to centralize tracking of principal Retail Operations KPIs and analyze performance variances
- Provide daily operational support to Area Managers and store teams on operational issues, acting as liaison between boutiques and European headquarters
- Facilitate communication between retail locations, Retail Operations teams, and Amsterdam headquarters through translation and adaptation of communications
- Monitor RFID performance and guide stores towards achieving 97% accuracy targets
- Control scheduling via StoreForce, analyze gaps, and coordinate with store managers
- Participate in weekly calls with South West Hub and attend project-related meetings
- Support the deployment and monitoring of Retail Operations projects including store openings
- Create and lead challenges to strengthen tool adoption among store teams
- Contribute to process improvement and optimization of KPI reporting and tracking tools
Qualifications
- Fluent written English proficiency
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
- Mandatory internship convention (stage agreement)
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated passion for data analysis and presentation
- Proactive, anticipatory mindset with strong reactivity and problem-solving orientation

Ideally 6 months of experience in the retail sector or related operations environment
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed higher education studies eligible for internship placement
