PVH seeks a detail-oriented Retail & Operations Assistant to support the South West Hub operations across Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein retail locations in France. The role encompasses retail tool support and store accompaniment, performance monitoring and KPI reporting, daily coordination with Area Managers and store teams, and participation in Retail Operations projects. The successful candidate will master key systems including GKPOS, SAP, StoreForce, and RFID, produce weekly performance reports, and facilitate communication between boutiques and the Amsterdam headquarters.

Role & Responsibilities

• Master and support daily usage of principal PVH retail tools including GKPOS, SAP, StoreForce, and RFID systems across store networks
• Produce and consolidate weekly reporting to centralize tracking of principal Retail Operations KPIs and analyze performance variances
• Provide daily operational support to Area Managers and store teams on operational issues, acting as liaison between boutiques and European headquarters
• Facilitate communication between retail locations, Retail Operations teams, and Amsterdam headquarters through translation and adaptation of communications
• Monitor RFID performance and guide stores towards achieving 97% accuracy targets
• Control scheduling via StoreForce, analyze gaps, and coordinate with store managers
• Participate in weekly calls with South West Hub and attend project-related meetings
• Support the deployment and monitoring of Retail Operations projects including store openings
• Create and lead challenges to strengthen tool adoption among store teams
• Contribute to process improvement and optimization of KPI reporting and tracking tools

Qualifications

• Fluent written English proficiency
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
• Mandatory internship convention (stage agreement)
• Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated passion for data analysis and presentation
• Proactive, anticipatory mindset with strong reactivity and problem-solving orientation

Skills

Experience

Ideally 6 months of experience in the retail sector or related operations environment

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed higher education studies eligible for internship placement
