PVH is hiring a Retail Allocator to support purchasing, planning and inventory processes for Calvin Klein stores, with a focus on allocations and replenishment. Based at the head office at 388 George Street in Sydney, this is a full-time hybrid role, working from home and the office weekly, on a fixed-term contract ending 30 April 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for purchasing, planning and inventory processes across multiple categories for Calvin Klein retail stores, particularly stock allocation and replenishment.
• Identify allocation trend opportunities and expedite product delivery to the selling floor, ensuring orders are accurately processed and delivered on time.
• Maintain data; create and allocate replenishment orders; and maintain daily stock levels at stores.
• Analyse sales, identify markdowns and store transfers, manage margins, and prepare stock-on-hand reports with recommendations.
• Monitor deliveries and stock requests, and respond to store queries and communications.
• Maintain multiple systems, ensuring changes are correct and up to date.
• Update the promotional calendar and communications, and complete ad hoc reporting and tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supporting a retail buying and/or planning team in the retail apparel industry.
• 1–2 years of demonstrated allocations experience.
• Previous experience with Epicor, SAP, MapleLake and/or Qlikview preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work and think under pressure while managing competing tasks and solving problems.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to follow up on tasks.
• Sound numerical and analytical skills.

1–2 years of demonstrated allocations experience; experience in a similar role supporting a retail buying and/or planning team in the retail apparel industry.
