PVH Recruiter (Temp) in Bridgewater, NJ & NYC: Support talent acquisition across Corporate Functions for 6 months at $40–$50/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions across Corporate Functions business units, including Technology, Finance & Accounting, Legal, Communications, Strategy, Supply Chain, and Operations
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies, provide market intelligence, and advise on talent acquisition best practices throughout the candidate engagement process
- Identify, attract, and cultivate a diverse slate of qualified candidates aligned with PVH's values and mission, leveraging creative sourcing methodologies and strategic outreach
- Create and implement integrated recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, including job description refinement, competency profiling, candidate feedback protocols, and communication plan development
- Deliver a consultative, high-touch experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and professional engagement at all touchpoints
- Coordinate with HR centers of excellence and internal stakeholders (Global TA Operations, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Employer Branding, Inclusion & Diversity, Global Mobility) to execute special initiatives and drive collaborative workstreams
- Drive recruitment momentum and maintain appropriate time-to-fill metrics through proactive pipeline management and process optimization
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy within ATS and HCM systems (Workday), including candidate database administration, requisition routing, candidate status tracking, onboarding support, and job posting management
- Prepare, manage, and continuously improve weekly open positions reports; provide status updates and insights to HR Business Partners
- Engage in internal and external recruitment activities, including information sessions, career fairs, internship initiatives, and partnerships with strategic universities
- Support the testing, execution, and advisory components of enterprise talent acquisition projects in partnership with TA Leads, HRIS teams, and Global TA Operations
- Champion continuous innovation and establish best practices across the Talent Acquisition function to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in agency and/or corporate environments supporting core business functions such as Technology, Finance & Accounting, People, Legal, Communications, Strategy, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge supporting Supply Chain and Operations recruitment within fashion apparel or consumer goods industries
- Proven expertise in leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment toward favorable hiring outcomes
- Track record of successfully managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing platforms
- Extensive hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems; experience with Workday is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders
