PVH is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager for Footwear in Vietnam. Lead quality operations and supplier management for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and improve quality performance across assigned footwear suppliers and manufacturing facilities via participation in preproduction trials, inline inspections, and final inspections across all production factories
- Drive supplier quality improvement through audits, data analysis, process reviews, and corrective action management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate product and manufacturing risks during preproduction trials and mass production
- Lead investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and product failures, ensuring effective root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Oversee factory quality systems, GMP compliance and GMP audits, product inspections, and shipment release activities
- Coach and develop quality assurance teams and factory-based QA personnel to achieve company objectives through mentoring, training, and performance management
- Monitor quality KPIs, prepare management reports, and provide recommendations to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction
- Promote a culture of quality ownership, continuous improvement, and consumer-focused decision-making across the supply chain
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8+ years of footwear quality, technical, or manufacturing experience
- 3+ years in a quality leadership role
- Strong knowledge of footwear materials, construction methods, manufacturing processes, testing requirements, and quality systems
- Demonstrated expertise managing supplier quality, factory audits, product inspections, customer complaints, and corrective action programs
- Proven ability to drive supplier quality improvements and build sustainable quality capabilities across manufacturing partners
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office

Experience
Minimum 8+ years of footwear quality, technical, or manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a quality leadership role. Proven expertise across athletic footwear, women's fashion footwear, and men's and women's casual footwear categories, with demonstrated track record managing supplier quality, factory audits, product inspections, and corrective action programs at scale.
