PVH Quality Assurance Auditor position in Vietnam. Oversee footwear manufacturing QA, inspections, and factory compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in risk assessments, pre-production meetings, and pilot runs to ensure compliance with production specifications
- Conduct in-line and final inspections to monitor production quality and schedule
- Report production delays and quality issues to the planning team
- Verify factory production controls and standard operating procedures are in place and adhered to
- Manage factory certified quality auditor (FCQA) performance and provide onsite training
- Review packing compliance and conduct Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) audits
- Follow up on product safety and mold control effectiveness
- Assist with corrective action plan (CAP) investigations and track effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on pre-production results, production status, quality metrics, and factory improvements
- Select and train suitable quality candidates for the FCQA program
- Oversee daily inspection activities and refine factory QA processes based on audit findings
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years hands-on footwear manufacturing and QA experience
- Strong knowledge of quality management and GMP protocols
- Proficiency in pre-production risk assessments and pilot run coordination
- Expertise in in-line and final inspection procedures
- Ability to investigate non-conformances and drive corrective action plans
- Experience training and managing factory QA personnel
- Proficiency with production monitoring systems and standard operating procedures
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in footwear manufacturing and quality assurance within a fast-paced fashion environment. Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems and strong footwear manufacturing expertise required.

Bachelor's degree or above
