The Product Marketing Specialist supports seasonal product marketing and content initiatives for TOMMY HILFIGER, translating product, consumer and channel insights into commercial content plans, creative briefs and campaigns from brief through delivery. The role partners across Editorial, Go To Market, Merchandising, Creative, Marketing Channel, Regional Marketing, and Strategy & Consumer Insights teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager in developing seasonal commercial content strategies and priorities.
  • Gather and analyze market, consumer, competitive and channel insights to inform seasonal planning and product storytelling.
  • Partner with Go To Market, Merchandising, Channel and Regional teams to gather inputs and align content with agreed product priorities and market needs.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear recommendations and inputs for product storytelling and content development.
  • Support product storytelling for both sell-in B2B and sell-out consumer moments.
  • Support the development of seasonal commercial calendars with the Senior Manager and Go To Market team.
  • Coordinate team inputs to ensure product priorities, stories and content requirements are accurately reflected in seasonal plans.
  • Manage assigned planning workstreams and milestones, proactively identifying gaps, dependencies and risks.
  • Maintain clarity and alignment across teams throughout seasonal planning.
  • Manage product-focused campaigns and content workstreams from brief through delivery under the Senior Manager’s strategic direction.
  • Develop insight-driven creative briefs that articulate the product story, target consumer, desired action, channel role and commercial objective.
  • Partner with Editorial and Creative teams throughout development and execution, providing product, consumer and channel context and feedback against the agreed brief.
  • Coordinate with global Channel and Regional Marketing teams to understand requirements and support effective in-market activation.
  • Track campaign and content performance, identify learnings and contribute recommendations to future briefs and seasonal planning.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder inputs across assigned campaigns, escalating risks or decisions when required.
  • Contribute to a culture of clarity, creativity, accountability and consumer focus.
  • Build productive relationships across Product Marketing and key cross-functional partners.
  • Recommend improvements to team processes and ways of working.
  • Own assigned workstreams and deliverables, proactively communicating progress, risks and opportunities.
  • Share knowledge and learnings across the team to strengthen collective output.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, content, brand or a related field, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or a consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and developing knowledge of product marketing, consumer storytelling and content strategy.
  • Comfort working with consumer, market, competitor and performance insights and translating them into clear marketing recommendations.
  • Experience developing or contributing to creative briefs and translating agreed strategy into clear, actionable direction for creative partners.
  • Experience managing campaigns, content projects or defined workstreams from briefing through delivery.
  • Good understanding of omnichannel marketing and how content requirements differ across channels and stages of the consumer journey.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and stakeholder inputs.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve straightforward challenges independently and recognize when to seek guidance or escalate decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships across creative, marketing and commercial teams.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, product and consumer storytelling, with a strong interest in the fashion and lifestyle industries.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Ability and willingness to travel for regional visits and campaign productions.
  • High energy and strong team spirit.
