PVH Payroll Application Analyst (Workday Payroll) position in India. Full-time opportunity for technical payroll systems expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the Workday payroll software to align with evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday Payroll with other modules, including HR, finance, and time management systems
- Analyze and evaluate existing payroll systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and recommend appropriate solutions or enhancements
- Provide comprehensive end-user training and technical support during implementation and post-implementation phases
- Stay current with Workday payroll software functionality, new releases, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Proficiency in Workday payroll configuration, including pay policies, earnings and deductions setup
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting Workday Payroll Solutions across end-to-end project lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge of additional Workday modules such as HR and benefits preferred
- Familiarity with integration between Workday payroll and external systems such as time and attendance
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
