Role & Responsibilities

• Set ambitious goals for Store Managers aligned with PVH’s vision for a high-standard client experience and its retail strategy.
• Lead and guide Store Managers in training and developing sales teams.
• Plan workforce allocation to remain within budget and maximize store performance.
• Translate reports and sales analysis into strategies and business plans that enhance store potential and develop new profit-making opportunities.
• Ensure integration and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with peers through ongoing feedback exchanges and recommendations of effective policies and practices.
• Address staffing issues and conduct appraisals and performance reviews.
• Deliver a best-in-class experience through new business opportunities, competitor analysis and market research.
• Ensure high standards of quality, customer service, health and safety.
• Stay informed about retail market trends.
• Understand upcoming customer initiatives and monitor local competitors.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as an Area Manager within a structured retail company.
• Proven experience managing a large-scale, high-volume and complex retail scope in France or internationally, ideally across multiple stores and/or a major retail destination.
• Highly developed business acumen.
• Ability to take a big-picture view of situations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
• Fluency in French and English.

Experience

At least 5 years as an Area Manager within a structured retail company; proven experience managing a large-scale, high-volume and complex retail scope in France or internationally, ideally across multiple stores and/or a major retail destination.

Education

University degree in Economics or related studies.
