PVH is hiring an Operations Assistant for the Sunday–Thursday second shift, 3 p.m.–11 p.m., to support daily distribution center objectives, staff training, workflow coordination, and operational improvements. The role uses WMS/PKMS systems and provides backup supervisory coverage; employment is full-time.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor and/or assistant supervisor with implementing daily objectives and communicating expectations to associates to achieve departmental goals.
• Train and develop hourly staff in the assigned area.
• Serve as backup to the assistant supervisor to ensure orderly distribution center operations.
• Coordinate work assignments as directed.
• Help maintain high standards for performance, housekeeping, and safety.
• Develop and recommend operational improvements and assist with implementation once approved.
• Use WMS/PKMS IT systems to monitor workflow and generate reports.
• Help direct hourly associates, monitor work methods, and recommend retraining and/or disciplinary action.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor to support effective facility operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of distribution or relevant supervisory experience with a two-year degree; or 5 years of demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a distribution environment, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist fellow associates.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a constant state of alertness.

Experience

1–3 years of distribution or relevant supervisory experience with a two-year degree; or 5 years of demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a distribution environment.

Education

A two-year degree for the 1–3-year experience pathway; or a high school diploma or equivalent for the 5-year supervisory/leadership experience pathway.
