PVH seeks a Merchandiser to support product development and bulk order execution for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands, specializing in women's underwear and lingerie. This role operates within a global product development framework led by PVH affiliates in the US and Netherlands, assisting the Senior Merchandiser in day-to-day execution aligned with brand strategy and KPI achievement. The position requires expertise in sample development tracking, cost analysis, production scheduling, and embellishment knowledge, working collaboratively across regional teams and external vendors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day merchandising activities for product development and bulk orders
- Track sample development and bulk delivery status
- Conduct preliminary cost analysis with vendors, including yarn consumption and material specifications
- Manage system data entry and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory
- Coordinate communication between vendors, cross-functional teams, and regional teams
- Follow up on bulk production execution including trims, fabrics, and production schedule delivery
- Support material selection, colorist coordination, and technical team collaboration
- Oversee embellishment specifications including embroidery and print execution
Qualifications
- University degree with 3-4 years of related apparel work experience, or post-secondary qualification with 3-5 years minimum
- Demonstrated experience in a buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
- Strong product and bulk operations expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of embellishments, industrial washing, and garment construction
- Collaborative team player with ability to build effective working relationships

3-5 years of related work experience in apparel merchandising, product development, or manufacturing environments; experience in buying/trading office or factory environments required.
Education
University degree or post-secondary qualification in fashion, merchandising, business, or related field.
