PVH seeks Manager, Travel Retail, Asia Pacific in Hong Kong. Lead sales, account management, and strategic expansion across Asia Pacific travel retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee sales and key account management function, including tracking and communicating airport RFPs
- Conduct sales data analysis and business reporting by channel, new launch performance, and ad-hoc analysis
- Monitor and drive operator sell-through and inventory levels across the region
- Optimize price strategy by market to maintain competitive positioning
- Track sales, margin, and EBIT performance against strategic initiatives and forecasts
- Support development and communication of the Travel Retail Strategic Roadmap with short, medium, and long-term growth targets
- Develop and engage strong partnerships with key global travel retail operators
- Identify location opportunities across PVH brand portfolios that maximize ROI and elevate brand positioning
- Develop and optimize the Travel Retail Assortment Framework across the brand portfolio
- Refine and optimize processes and partnerships towards industry best-practice standards
- Provide strategic insight on store development for optimized formats and layouts
- Partner on development and execution of new store checklists and terms & conditions negotiations
- Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and support localized marketing programs
- Execute GWP and incentive programs to drive full-price sales
- Develop and communicate Travel Retail visual merchandising standards
- Conduct and lead seasonal training programs specialized for travel retail across the region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in sales management, brand management, or merchandising from luxury or prominent fashion and accessories brands
- 3+ years of experience in the travel retail industry with exposure to several Asian markets
- Minimum 1 year of managerial experience
- Strong negotiating skills and demonstrated ability to build long-term business partnerships
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop talent in a fast-growing business environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Willingness to undertake regular market visits and travel within designated Asia Pacific markets
