Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising and planning strategies for e-commerce business across HK+ markets (Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan)
- Achieve e-commerce Gross Margin and Net Sales financial plans for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands
- Define and execute monthly and brand-line sales planning and forecasting for the e-commerce channel
- Determine and drive sales promotions and strategic initiatives to accelerate Net Sales growth
- Optimize visual merchandising and digital asset quality (product photography, descriptions, animations) on e-commerce platforms
- Manage product lifecycle from on-time introduction to site operations, including seasonal sequencing and promotional calendars
- Oversee inventory management and sell-through metrics; identify and minimize excess stock and out-of-stock situations
- Collaborate with design, corporate merchandising, buying, and allocation teams on inventory replenishment and product assortment alignment
- Partner with SI agency partners to ensure accurate daily sales data flow and system integration
- Execute A/B testing initiatives and monitor KPIs for continuous site and sales performance optimization
- Produce weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports on site and sales KPIs
- Support new site launches, UAT planning, and digital platform design phases
- Coordinate with digital marketing, content, and customer service teams on site content requirements and operational support
Qualifications
- Senior-level experience in merchandising within retail e-commerce environments
- Proven track record in merchandising management with demonstrated financial accountability for Gross Margin and Net Sales
- Fashion industry buying experience and familiarity with OTB (Open-To-Buy) processes strongly preferred
- Experience managing multi-market e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in data analysis, sales planning tools, and inventory management systems
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
