PVH Tommy Hilfiger seeks Manager, Global Styling, E-Commerce in Amsterdam. Lead creative styling for 225,000+ annual image assets across global e-commerce platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of styling output and execution for product detail page content, capsules, photography, videography, still-life and artificial intelligence productions, bridging brand guidelines, seasonal direction, pre-styling, outfit allocation, on-set dressing, still-life styling, and retouching requirements
- Ensure high-quality styling output adheres to visual brand standards and delivers against creative briefs with consistency and accuracy
- Develop, update and communicate styling, dressing, outfit allocation and retouching guidelines to internal and freelance teams
- Collaborate with the brand Styling Director, marketing, commercial and production teams to infuse campaign styling direction and consumer insights into product detail page content
- Lead, manage, mentor and empower a team of one full-time stylist and a rotating pool of five to ten freelance stylists and seventy to eighty freelance dressers, providing clear feedback and setting the creative quality bar
- Build, coach, train and oversee freelance crews comprising Stylists, Dressers, Tailors and Rail Preparation teams
- Host seasonal kick-offs, briefings, training and workshops for full-time and freelance associates
- Work closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Units and related departments—including imaging, art direction, casting and consumer insights—to align creative efforts with business objectives
- Collaborate with Operations and Production teams to ensure creative processes meet time and cost parameters
- Conduct regular quality reviews, approvals and rejections of imagery on Creative Force and on-site
- Test and drive new e-commerce product detail page creative treatments, techniques and methods utilizing the latest resources, technology and AI tools
- Research competitors and industry trends to identify best practices and maintain creative inspiration
Qualifications
- Minimum seven years of professional experience managing and executing fashion styling in a high-volume, high-quality, fast-paced commercial studio environment
- Minimum five years of team management experience in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in e-commerce fashion styling
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Styling, Visual Communications or related field
- Exceptional visual styling eye with demonstrated ability to represent brand and product in an aspirational, accurate and brand-aligned manner
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and vision confidently to leadership and stakeholders
- Motivational and inspiring leadership approach to guiding, mentoring and providing constructive feedback to creative teams
- Strong proficiency in balancing quality, time, cost, space and resources
- Demonstrated project management and problem-solving capabilities

A minimum of seven years managing and executing fashion styling in high-volume, high-quality commercial studio environments is required, complemented by a minimum of five years of team management experience in a leadership capacity. Proven success in e-commerce fashion styling is essential. Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Styling, Visual Communications or a related field is required. Business-level fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Teams and Keynote is mandatory. Competency in Creative Force and interest in artificial intelligence tools are advantageous.
