PVH Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis role in Hong Kong. Lead APAC margin planning, inventory management, and portfolio analysis for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Streamline the APAC gross margin process by establishing aligned definitions and consistent regional analysis and reporting
- Coordinate APAC inventory review process with consolidated reporting and lead cross-functional meetings with regional and market leaders
- Partner with Integrated Business Planning and Merchandise Planning to align product planning with financial planning and gross margin impacts
- Support APAC retail store portfolio analysis and collaborate with Real Estate and local market finance teams to build and maintain regional database
- Proactively generate data insights and identify opportunities for cost savings and process simplification
- Support finance transformation initiatives and champion strategic projects that enhance business value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in finance with focus on margin planning, inventory management, or supply chain finance in regional or multinational setting
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries
- Strong experience in APAC markets with understanding of regional financial and operational differences
- Advanced certification preferred (CFA, CPA, or ACCA)

Experience
8+ years of experience in finance with a focus on margin planning, inventory management, or supply chain finance in a regional or multinational setting, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or related industries. Demonstrated expertise in APAC markets and cross-functional collaboration in complex organizational environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification (CFA, CPA, or ACCA) preferred.
