PVH seeks a Manager, Commercial Finance and FP&A in Japan to drive financial strategy, reporting, and analysis across Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyse managerial and financial reports with accuracy and timeliness, responding to the latest business developments
- Maintain and update monthly forecasts and budgets through collaboration with internal business partners
- Monitor sales, gross margin, store, and company profit performance against budget and forecast targets, recommending corrective actions as needed
- Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making
- Develop recommendations to enhance business processes and profitability
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives requiring finance expertise and project management oversight
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis within a commercial or multi-brand environment
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting senior finance leadership
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, or commercial finance roles, preferably within a multi-brand or global fashion and lifestyle group.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
