PVH seeks Management Trainees for its Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein stores in Ankara through a structured 16-week program culminating in an Assistant Store Manager role. Trainees receive on-the-job training, management and communication skills development, and mentorship across product management, store operations, human resources, and customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations and KPI performance, maintaining brand visual standards, and liaising with the regional head office.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brand standards
- Manage store operations holistically with focus on business performance and KPIs
- Monitor and optimize team performance against established KPIs
- Maintain store visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines
- Execute all operational procedures while upholding brand values and company policies
- Maintain regular communication with local head office, complete reporting requirements, and ensure timely follow-up
Qualifications
- University or Master degree graduate, or maximum 1 year of retail experience
- Fluency in English language
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Demonstrated passion for customer service
