Tommy Hilfiger is hiring a part-time Lead Sales Associate in Rocky View, AB. Strong customer service, retail operations, and cash handling required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent customer service aligned with Tommy Hilfiger standards and generate sales through effective product knowledge
- Manage cash responsibilities including register transactions, refunds, exchanges, gift card operations, and media reconciliation
- Maintain sales floor merchandise stock levels and ensure visual presentation meets brand standards
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including checklists and loss prevention monitoring
- Support and mentor junior sales associates in service delivery and operational execution
- Monitor store environment for loss prevention concerns and report unusual activity to management
- Process markdowns, re-merchandise inventory, and maintain fixtures and store organization
- Participate in staff meetings, team communications, and training sessions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds regularly
- Capacity to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work rotating hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated professional appearance and personal conduct aligned with brand image
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; familiarity with luxury or lifestyle brands is advantageous.
