PVH seeks a Junior Network Engineer to join the Global Network Services team, responsible for assisting in the maintenance of network infrastructure inventory and troubleshooting tier 3 and tier 4 network incidents. The role requires a fundamental understanding of networking concepts for implementing and managing high-availability, mission-critical infrastructure, with close collaboration with senior network engineers on small, medium, and large-scale technical initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining inventory for Global Network Services components and infrastructure assets
- Troubleshoot tier 3 and tier 4 network incidents and escalate issues as appropriate
- Understand and support basic network infrastructure and its integration with enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Global Network Engineers and cross-functional technical teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor network performance and support day-to-day network operations
Qualifications
- Prior work or internship experience in an IT department or networking environment
- Knowledge of systems integration, switches, and router configuration
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment and information systems
- Understanding of networking protocols, servers, and end-user computer hardware and software
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop a broad skill set

Typically 5–7 years of related IT, networking, or infrastructure support experience, including hands-on design, implementation, and support in network operations or systems integration.
Education
