Role & Responsibilities
- Execute creative graphic solutions aligned with brand goals by translating concepts into compelling digital visuals for eCommerce and digital marketing platforms
- Produce sophisticated design aesthetics optimized for online platforms, including site content, direct email marketing, social media campaigns, advertising, and multimedia content across the brand's digital presence
- Manage visual effects, video editing, and multimedia production for owned and operated eCommerce sites and third-party platforms
- Retouch and refine product images sourced from internal resources or agency partners as required
- Maintain strict adherence to personal and team deadlines to ensure marketing development workflows remain on schedule and meet brand standards
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Visual Presentation departments to deliver cohesive creative assets
Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge of front-end programming (HTML/HTML5, PHP, CSS2/CSS3, JavaScript, GIF Animation, Digital Banner) is advantageous
- Strong conceptual skills with refined sense of design, composition, and layout
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese

Minimum 2–3 years of professional design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm, with demonstrated expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and digital asset creation.
Education
Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines.
Workplace
