PVH seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment within its Distribution Center. The successful candidate will manage Inventory Control Clerks and Cycle Counters, implement warehouse inventory control processes, maintain inventory information systems, investigate discrepancies, and support operations across receipts, billing, and order processing. This role reports to Distribution Center management and operates on a second shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–11pm).
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise team of Inventory Control Clerks and Cycle Counters
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding inventory counts, discrepancies, reconciliation balances, and inventory projects
- Update and utilize system reports and processes to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Investigate and resolve root causes of inventory control issues
- Review and reconcile inventory cycle count discrepancies
- Support operations in order processing, receipts, billing, and labeling activities
- Evaluate job performance and coach inventory control and cycle counter personnel
- Participate in hiring and performance management processes
- Review operational procedures related to clerical activities and facility workflow
- Respond to inquiries regarding inventory status in the Distribution Center
- Review and approve inventory adjustments in PKMS and/or ACS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of distribution center and/or supervisory experience
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Experience managing diverse and variable workforces
- Proficiency with managerial techniques and team motivation
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of distribution center operations and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field preferred.
