PVH seeks an Inventory Control Supervisor in Palmetto, GA to oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and lead clerical and cycle count teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise team of Inventory Control Clerks and Cycle Counters
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding inventory counts, discrepancies, reconciliation balances, and inventory projects
- Update and utilize system reports and processes to ensure accurate inventory levels
- Investigate and resolve root causes of inventory control issues
- Review and reconcile inventory cycle count discrepancies
- Support operations in order processing, receipts, billing, and labeling activities
- Evaluate job performance and coach inventory control and cycle counter personnel
- Participate in hiring and performance management processes
- Review operational procedures related to clerical activities and facility workflow
- Respond to inquiries regarding inventory status in the Distribution Center
- Review and approve inventory adjustments in PKMS and/or ACS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of distribution center and/or supervisory experience
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Experience managing diverse and variable workforces
- Proficiency with managerial techniques and team motivation
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience
2–4 years of distribution center operations and/or supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field preferred.
