PVH seeks an Inventory Control SAP Clerk in McDonough, GA to reconcile inventory systems and maintain SAP accuracy across warehouse operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile WM and SAP inventory variances, including segmentation mismatches and PIX transaction research
- Perform WM/SAP segmentation transactions and requested adjustments to balance inventory systems
- Gather WM/SAP discrepancy information and assist in reviewing data and drafting communications to external partners for corrective processing
- Generate SAP reports and updates daily for corporate team review and processing
- Assist with inventory control clerical functions including inventory reports and label distribution
- Provide analytics to internal partners to increase awareness of reconciliation processes and trends
- Maintain alertness and flexibility in a dynamic warehouse environment
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience with inventory-related systems such as WMS and SAP
- Proficiency with SAP highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience with inventory-related systems in an automated warehouse environment, including hands-on work with WMS and SAP platforms. Experience with inventory reporting procedures and transaction processing in a distribution center or manufacturing setting is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
