PVH seeks an Inventory Control Clerk for the second shift, Sunday–Thursday, 3 p.m.–11 p.m. The role supports inventory accuracy by reconciling cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, maintaining inventory data and reports, processing adjustments, and developing control processes with Inventory Control and Operations teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Reconcile cycle count results, resolve all distribution center mismatches, and research root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain inventory-related data files.
- Ensure inventory reports are current and balanced.
- Maintain the WMS stock locator map.
- Process inventory adjustments other than on-the-fly adjustments.
- Publish reports and statistics on inventory accuracy performance against standards.
- Develop and implement inventory-control processes with the Inventory Control Supervisor and Operations staff, including control points, audit schemes, reports, and transaction tracing, to sustain high inventory accuracy.
- Work in a constant state of alertness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of experience with inventory-related systems, reports, and procedures in an automated environment.
