PVH seeks an HR Country Partner in Antwerp, Belgium to drive strategic talent management, organizational development, and transformation initiatives for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create and implement people plans aligned with business strategy, leveraging people analytics and key performance indicators for retail and commercial operations
- Serve as an active strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing forward-looking people solutions grounded in business acumen and deep understanding of organizational trends
- Drive organizational performance through expertise in organizational design, effectiveness, and change management, diagnosing capability gaps and designing efficient organizational structures
- Manage annual workforce planning and ongoing talent controlling by translating business and people strategy into concrete workforce development measures
- Coach senior leaders in team management, high-potential talent development, leadership capability building, and performance management
- Lead organizational structure change initiatives and support leaders through the change process as a key change agent
- Liaison with People Experience & Services and Communities of Experts to evolve HR processes, policies, approaches, and tools informed by business insights
- Support rollout of HR core processes including salary revision, performance management, talent planning, and EMEA/global initiatives related to leadership and diversity & inclusion
- Improve succession planning for critical business roles and drive talent management programs to enhance retention and career progression
- Provide guidance on complex associate lifecycle challenges with deep knowledge of local and international employment law
- Participate actively in EMEA and global HR enterprise projects to support continuous improvement
- Manage employee relations cases to conclusion in adherence with local statutory legislation
- Partner with Retail Operations, Finance, and Area Managers to review store performance against KPIs and provide solutions through targeted store visit interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and execute strategic HR initiatives across global teams
- Expertise in change management and organizational development with measurable impact on efficiency and performance
- Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in HR metrics and people analytics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate across organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching senior leadership teams and fostering cultures of high performance
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch

Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in Human Resources with emphasis on strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and driving transformation initiatives. Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership teams in complex, matrixed global organizations. Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic HR initiatives with measurable business impact, including organizational restructuring, talent development programs, and change management projects.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a closely related field.
