Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise retail floor operations, including opening and closing store procedures
- Drive daily sales performance and achievement of sales goals
- Coach and mentor retail associates in real-time, providing guidance on customer engagement and sales techniques
- Deliver warm and personalized customer service interactions that inspire sales and build brand loyalty
- Process inventory, restock shelves, and cashier as part of floor operations
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain brand standards and promote current campaigns and product launches to customers
- Support the Store Manager in delivering an inclusive and motivating team environment
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Proven ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds regularly
