Tommy Hilfiger seeks a passionate Floor Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer experience and energize the sales floor while upholding brand standards under the store manager's direction. This key management position ensures daily sales objectives are achieved while fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment. The Floor Supervisor opens and closes the boutique, drives sales, coaches associates in real-time, and manages inventory operations and point-of-sale activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed
- Drive daily sales objectives and support the creation of a motivating, inclusive work environment
- Coach and mentor associates in real-time to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build brand passion
- Conduct new inventory processing, replenishment, and point-of-sale operations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of current brand campaigns and product launches to engage customers effectively
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Support store management in delivering an exceptional in-store experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a team lead or key-holder role
- Ability to inspire and lead by example
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for extended periods and carry up to 20 pounds (approximately 9 kg)
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in a team lead or key-holder role in retail or customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training or certification is a plus.
