Role & Responsibilities
- Execute store opening and closing procedures in accordance with brand standards
- Provide comprehensive customer assistance and support to ensure optimal shopping experience
- Maintain and uphold store visual merchandising standards and floor displays
- Oversee and execute floor set implementations as directed
- Monitor store cleanliness and organization throughout operating hours
- Support retail team members in their daily duties
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
