Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the retail sales environment and deliver an elevated customer experience that embodies the brand's minimalist aesthetic. This part-time supervisory role combines frontline sales leadership with operational oversight, including opening and closing duties, real-time associate coaching, and visual merchandising execution. The successful candidate will drive daily sales performance while fostering an inclusive and motivating team environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily customer interactions with genuine engagement, driving sales through brand-aligned conversation and connection
• Open and close store as key holder, maintaining security and operational standards
• Coach and support retail associates in real-time, modeling sales excellence and brand representation
• Execute visual merchandising, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with brand vision and standards
• Drive daily sales goals and contribute to overall store business performance
• Support store management team in delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences
• Maintain brand standards, product knowledge, and visual presentation throughout the sales floor

Qualifications

• Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
• Proven ability to lead by example and resolve issues in the moment
• Demonstrated confidence in supporting daily store operations and driving sales
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
• Capacity to carry up to 20 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder in a luxury or contemporary fashion environment is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or fashion-related training preferred.
