Calvin Klein seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead the sales floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience that embodies the brand's minimalist aesthetic. This part-time leadership role requires supervising daily operations, coaching retail associates, driving sales performance, and maintaining brand standards while supporting the Store Manager. The successful candidate will combine strong customer engagement with operational leadership, managing opening and closing responsibilities, visual merchandising, and team motivation in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions by delivering genuine welcomes and sparking conversations that build brand connection and drive sales
- Manage opening and closing store duties as key holder, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards
- Coach and support retail associates in real-time, fostering a motivating and inclusive team environment
- Drive daily sales goals and contribute to overall store business performance
- Execute visual merchandising activities including processing, restocking, and remerchandising in alignment with brand vision
- Embody and communicate Calvin Klein's brand identity, product knowledge, and lifestyle positioning to customers and team members
- Support the Store Manager in delivering consistent operational and customer experience excellence
Qualifications
- Prior retail team leader and key holder experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to resolve issues in real-time
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and meeting targets

Compensation
