TOMMY HILFIGER seeks a full-time Floor Supervisor in Columbus, Ohio, to lead daily sales-floor activity, deliver an exceptional customer experience, serve as key holder, coach associates and support store operations. The role includes opening and closing the store, inventory processing, replenishment and cashiering, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through warm, helpful interactions that encourage sales and build brand affinity.
• Open and close the store as key holder and leader on duty.
• Drive daily sales goals and store sales performance.
• Coach sales associates in real time and support the management team in delivering an exceptional store experience.
• Stay current on campaigns and product launches and communicate the brand vision to customers.
• Process new inventory, restock shelves and operate the cash register.
• Promote and uphold brand standards while contributing to a motivating and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a retail team leader and key holder.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
