PVH seeks a Floor Supervisor for TOMMY HILFIGER in Brossard, QC. Lead sales operations, coach associates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in this full-time retail management role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales objectives and ensure achievement across the floor
- Open and close the store, maintaining security and operational protocols
- Provide real-time coaching and support to sales associates
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience through warm, consultative interactions
- Maintain brand standards and promote new campaigns and product launches to customers
- Process new inventory, conduct restocking, and manage point-of-sale operations
- Lead by example, solve operational problems in the moment, and support daily store operations
- Foster a motivating and inclusive team environment under the direction of the store manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a team lead or key-holder role
- Proven ability to drive sales through customer engagement and brand advocacy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and operational mindset
- Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Previous experience in a team lead or key-holder role in retail or customer-facing environment is required. Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing store operations, and leading associates is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; basic English language knowledge may be required for communication with US-based partners and leadership.
