PVH seeks a passionate Floor Supervisor for TOMMY HILFIGER in Brossard, Quebec, to lead daily sales operations, coach associates in real time, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards. This key management position requires opening and closing store operations, driving daily sales targets, and fostering an inclusive, motivated team environment under the store manager's direction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales objectives and ensure achievement across the floor
- Open and close the store, maintaining security and operational protocols
- Provide real-time coaching and support to sales associates
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience through warm, consultative interactions
