PVH Financial Analyst in Shanghai, Mainland China. Support TOMMY HILFIGER retail budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monthly retail and consignment store sales forecasts by collaborating with business teams and analyzing historical sales trends, competitor comparables, and door count movements across approximately 120 store locations
- Track approximately 120 store openings and closures, manage phasing assumptions, and ensure alignment with business teams through strategic investment forums
- Conduct KPI trend analysis across retail locations to identify risks, opportunities, and the impact of promotional and campaign initiatives on store performance
- Forecast store-level SGA expenses including rent, depreciation, consignment commissions, and impairment charges based on current operational terms and inputs from relevant budget owners
- Execute comprehensive P&L reviews by store, channel (FPS and Outlet), and city-level profitability analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure timely system uploads to SAC and prepare reporting packages for APAC Finance, including comparable store submissions, door count data, and KPI scorecards
- Prepare weekly management review presentations and specialized analyses including store portfolio assessments, retail scorecards, store tiering studies, combo store evaluations, and square meter productivity analyses
- Execute ad-hoc analyses to support business development initiatives, including competitive promotion reviews, industry insights, and special project requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2–5 years of related finance, business analysis, or retail analytics experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and/or SAC systems
- Strong problem-solving capability and demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
