PVH seeks an End-to-End Product Data Analyst to serve as the technical and functional expert for enterprise product and article master data across its global SAP-ERP landscape. The role ensures data quality, integrity, and operational readiness while supporting product creation, merchandising, planning, sourcing, supply chain, and technology teams. Based in Bangalore, India, the position involves analyzing complex data flows across SAP, PLM, MDM, PIM, and downstream applications, managing article structures, GTIN assignments, product hierarchies, and supporting global transformation initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the IT subject matter expert for enterprise product and article master data, analyzing styles, colors, sizes, SKUs/articles, product hierarchies, attributes, and business associations
• Perform detailed analysis of product and article data across SAP, PLM, MDM, PIM, and related enterprise applications to identify missing or incorrect data before downstream impact
• Validate article creation, GTIN assignments, size relationships, product hierarchy structures, and support identification and publication of golden product data
• Support product and article data activities for global ERP projects, including data mappings, conversions, interfaces, deployment readiness, mock conversions, cutover activities, and post-deployment validation
• Develop and execute end-to-end product data testing scenarios covering multiple business processes and data variations
• Partner with Product Creation, Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Supply Chain, PLM, MDM, PIM, SAP, and Integration teams to resolve data issues and provide guidance on SAP requirements and downstream impacts
• Analyze recurring product and article data issues to drive root cause resolution, develop validation procedures, and identify automation opportunities
• Develop documentation, best practices, reporting, and metrics to monitor product data quality and readiness across the enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting product or article master data within retail, apparel, fashion, or consumer products
• Strong experience with SAP product master data and enterprise applications including PLM, MDM, and PIM
• Deep understanding of apparel product structures including styles, colors, sizes, SKUs/articles, GTINs, attributes, and product hierarchies
• Experience supporting ERP projects, master data migrations, or global deployment initiatives
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product data flows from Product Creation through Planning, Sourcing, Distribution, and Sales
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across global business and IT teams
• Bachelor's degree required
