PVH Director, Product Data & Operations

Role & Responsibilities

• Define the product data and operations vision, functional strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise, product, and commercial priorities
• Translate strategy into departmental objectives, operating plans, performance measures, and clear accountabilities; ensure delivery of agreed functional outcomes and business adoption
• Lead delivery through managers and product data professionals by setting direction, delegating ownership, and holding leaders accountable for agreed results
• Define and continuously evolve the product data operating model, including governance, data ownership, standards, controls, and escalation paths to balance business agility with data quality and compliance
• Direct data structure and attribution for the product organization to establish the foundation for future technology and analytics roadmaps
• Ensure the team delivers reliable day-to-day data operations, maintains accurate and accessible product data across downstream systems, and serves as the coordination point for cross-functional data issues
• Use operational insights to drive root-cause resolution, standardization, and automation to reduce recurring manual intervention
• Set the product data capability roadmap across people, processes, technology, and data; ensure the function has skills to identify and scale automation and AI-enabled solutions including Python and API-based approaches
• Set business outcomes and strategic requirements for enterprise product-data platforms; partner with technology and digital leaders to guide roadmaps and investment decisions
• Manage allocated resources within delegated authority; prioritize investments and make decisions to accelerate, sequence, defer, or stop work based on business value and risk
• Shape and sponsor the departmental change agenda, ensuring managers translate strategic direction into coherent operating plans and sustained adoption across the organization
• Establish reliable management information, dashboards, and operating-review mechanisms to redirect resources and ensure expected business benefits are realized
• Create conditions for sustainable delivery by aligning commitments with available capability and capacity
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships across the product organization and establish accountability for inputs
• Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders; represent product data and operations in executive governance forums and steering committees
• Build organizational capability through workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching, and succession planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product data, master data, data operations, digital transformation, or related field, including substantial experience leading managers and multidisciplinary professional or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Proven ability to define functional strategies and operating models and translate them into clear plans, governance, execution, and measurable business outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of product-data governance, enterprise data management, product-lifecycle processes, and product commercialization
• Experience managing strategic portfolios, budgets, resources, and technology or data investments in complex, international organizations
• Demonstrated success in shaping and sponsoring significant change, leading teams through ambiguity, and aligning competing priorities
• Strong understanding of enterprise product-data ecosystems and platforms such as SAP, product lifecycle management, product information management, and master data management solutions
• Proven ability to use performance information and business insight to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and redirect organizational attention or resources
• Fluent in written and spoken English with ability to translate complex data and technology topics into clear business choices and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
