Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the formation and development of a high-caliber cross-functional team of business, technology, and systems professionals specializing in traceability solutions
- Conceptualize and execute a global strategy for traceability and product compliance technology solutions that enhance PVH Corp.'s capabilities in product data integrity
- Champion the strategic shift towards comprehensive automation of traceability and product compliance processes, focusing on minimizing manual efforts whilst maximizing accuracy and efficiency
- Operate as the strategic conduit between business, data governance, and IT to ensure cohesive implementation of traceability and product compliance solutions
- Strategically manage partnerships with premier technology vendors, securing innovative solutions that support PVH's leadership in traceability and product compliance
- Maintain commanding grasp of the technology landscape and encourage proactive adoption of next-generation solutions that ensure compliance and competitive differentiation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years in systems solutions or IT leadership roles
- Demonstrated prowess in developing, advocating for, and operationalizing large-scale IT systems that align with and propel business strategies
- Proven track record of spearheading transformative solutions initiatives within global enterprises
- Advanced expertise in modern data management technologies, including AI and machine learning applications
