PVH seeks a Director of FP&A in Hong Kong to lead financial planning and strategic analysis for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger across Asia Pacific.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with consistency in reporting and variance analysis
- Analyze key performance indicators to measure business and operational performance across the region
- Manage financial modeling and productivity analysis to identify performance drivers and dynamics
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams on dashboard reporting to deliver actionable insights to business leaders
- Support ad hoc financial analyses as required by the business
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to develop forecasts that drive strategic business decisions
- Review regional roll-ups of forecasts, budgets, and strategy plans to identify opportunities and risks
- Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve PVH+ targets
- Serve as a strategic financial partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business drivers, challenges, and implications of proposed initiatives
- Translate business goals into financial targets and KPIs
- Drive operating efficiency through process optimization and system implementation initiatives
- Oversee implementation of financial systems, ensuring smooth transitions with IT and business stakeholders
- Develop standard procedures and guidelines for financial processes to promote organizational consistency

Qualifications
- 8-15 years of related financial planning and analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced knowledge and skills in financial planning and analysis
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations and financial implications
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different countries and business units
- Fluency in English; Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency preferred
- Excellent project and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in financial systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of retail, merchandise, and warehouse systems integration with financial reporting
Skills
Experience
8-15 years of related experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within a global or multinational business environment. Demonstrated experience leading FP&A functions, working with multiple countries and business units, and driving process improvement and system implementation initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
