Tommy Hilfiger seeks an EMEA Demand Planner NOS in Amsterdam to manage end-to-end demand planning for the Never Out of Stock Assortment. PVH, Netherlands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand plans across a 12–24 month horizon using statistical forecasts, trend analysis, and market intelligence on a monthly basis
- Lead Monthly Demand Review Meetings with regional planning teams, conducting NOS sales analysis to assess performance, inventory coverage, and demand drivers to enhance forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with Product Merchandising on NOS collection strategy to ensure assortment decisions are data-informed and commercially efficient
- Manage the NOS New Product Launch process from forecast collection and sell-through rate determination through initial buy volumes and business case approvals
- Deliver monthly performance reporting on NOS metrics to stakeholders and lead quarterly business review meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, or Demand Planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with demonstrated ability to gather, interpret, and visualize complex data sets
- Proven excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, or Demand Planning roles within a retail or apparel environment. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of managing complex forecasting processes and collaborating effectively across regional and functional teams.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, or any related quantitative field.
