PVH seeks a Data Analyst in India to support supply chain analytics and reporting for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER
Role & Responsibilities
- Extract, cleanse, standardize, and integrate multiple internal and external data sets relevant to PVH Supply operations
- Develop reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or comparable tools
- Convert business requirements into SQL, Python, or R code to perform data cleansing, mining, and statistical analysis
- Identify opportunities to automate data flows and repeatable processes to enhance efficiency
- Conduct variance analyses, hypothesis testing, and causal analyses to assess trends and communicate findings
- Manage day-to-day and ad-hoc data analysis requests from PVH Supply business groups with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including US-based counterparts, Vendor Management, Brands, and external service partners
- Translate quantitative insights into clear, visually effective presentations and executive summaries
- Analyze supply chain systems landscape and harmonize data from multiple source systems
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or similar quantitative discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and large-volume data handling
- Strong expertise in SQL, including ability to write complex queries and model business rules
- Strong expertise in Python or R for data manipulation, cleansing, and statistical analysis
- Intermediate proficiency in at least one data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, or Microstrategy)
- Solid understanding of relational data models
