PVH Costing Engineer role in Vietnam: support cost benchmarking and process optimization for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support seasonal style-level cost benchmarking and identify key cost gaps for team review and escalation
- Develop should-cost standards for key cost components using fact-based costing methodologies
- Identify and track cost improvement opportunities through product engineering, process efficiency, and material utilization analysis
- Prepare recurring cost analyses and reports to support cost governance and management review routines
- Track macro cost trends, provide forecasting inputs, and reconcile performance against actuals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to collect cost data, validate assumptions, and maintain costing tools and databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Hands-on experience with work measurement techniques in the apparel industry
- GSD licensed practitioner status (strong advantage)
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, or continuous improvement tools
- Experience in a multinational or matrix environment preferred

Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in apparel manufacturing, industrial engineering, product costing, or supply chain analytics.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
