PVH Concession Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with Area Manager to build business opportunities and achieve company standards including sales and wage budgets, sales per hour, units per transaction, conversion rate, and profitability
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow the business and improve operational performance
• Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members with fairness and consistency
• Perform manager-on-duty functions including store opening and closing operations, sales floor management, and cash handling
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising directives and maintain standards for sales floor and back room areas
• Manage daily sales, payroll, controllable expenses, and company initiatives aligned with business goals
• Analyze store-level reports and create data-driven action plans to improve results
• Lead weekly management meetings and contribute to regional meetings with strategic insights
• Set challenging but attainable goals emphasising service quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
• Coordinate action plans with careful consideration of consequences and budget implications
• Communicate daily with staff on individual sales goals, key performance indicators, and product information to drive service excellence
• Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and orientation processes
• Own the training and development of all employees, ensuring proper company orientation and role-specific competency
• Provide structured coaching and training to employees with appropriate documentation

Qualifications

• Extensive experience connecting to consumers in a brand retail environment
• Demonstrated track record in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales management
• Prior people management experience with the ability to resolve conflict and manage disagreements constructively
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to cultivate belonging and inclusive teams
• Collaborative approach with recognition and celebration of team contributions and achievements
• Courage in providing feedback that promotes positive behavioral change
• Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace in a dynamic retail environment
• Energetic presence and ability to inspire trust on the shop floor

Skills

Experience

Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retail environment with demonstrated track record in retail operations, budgeting, planning, and sales management. Previous people management experience is essential, with proven ability to lead, recruit, train, and develop store teams to achieve business objectives.

Education

Secondary education minimum; retail management qualification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
