PVH Collections Specialist position in India. Execute collections activities, manage aged receivables, and support cash flow goals in a hybrid work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily collections activities on assigned customer account portfolios across business units or geographies, including verification of invoice receipt via EDI systems
- Send invoices via alternative channels for accounts not receiving EDI transmission
- Triage and resolve order release issues to facilitate customer transactions
- Request and distribute pro-forma invoices to Cash in Advance customers
- Contact customers via email to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Investigate and resolve short payments, disputes, and unapplied payments through coordination with internal teams including cash application, sales, and deductions
- Escalate unresolved issues to management according to established protocols
- Track and monitor payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up
- Participate in customer account reviews and provide insight on collection risk and emerging trends
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and internal control requirements
- Independently determine escalation of delinquent accounts based on aging thresholds and customer risk profile
- Recommend accounts for credit hold or external collections based on defined criteria
- Navigate multiple systems including ERP, customer portals, and collection tools to extract information and identify discrepancies
- Proactively investigate account issues with limited available documentation
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of accounts receivable aging reports
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and international teams
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

2–5 years of professional experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related credit management functions within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
