Role & Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities to help ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Assist with monthly P&L and Capex reporting, including preparing dashboards and analysing performance deviations.
• Support the annual budget and monthly reforecast processes by collecting, consolidating and analysing financial data.
• Contribute to profitability analyses by channel, brand and store.
• Assist with ad hoc business and financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the development and improvement of reporting tools and processes.
• Collaborate with different departments, contributing to a data-driven and analytical approach across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in business controlling, financial planning and analysis.
• Basic understanding of P&L structures and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Previous project or internship experience involving financial analysis or reporting is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or other financial reporting tools is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive and curious attitude, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 800 per month.
