PVH Business Controlling Intern position in Milan, Italy. Support financial planning and reporting for Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Assist with monthly P&L and Capex reporting, including dashboard preparation and variance analysis
- Support yearly budgeting and monthly reforecast processes through data collection, consolidation, and analysis
- Contribute to profitability analyses segmented by channel, brand, and store location
- Perform ad-hoc business and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Support the development and optimization of reporting tools and processes
- Collaborate across departments to advance a data-driven and analytical organizational culture
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in business controlling, financial planning, and analysis
- Basic understanding of P&L structures and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

Previous project or internship experience involving financial analysis or reporting is advantageous; however, strong foundational knowledge and intellectual curiosity will be valued.
