PVH seeks a Business Controlling Intern to support the Finance team in planning, reporting, and performance analysis activities across the Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER brands. The successful candidate will develop practical experience in business controlling processes while supporting month-end closing, P&L and Capex reporting, budget forecasting, and profitability analyses. This role offers exposure to international financial operations in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support month-end closing activities and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Assist with monthly P&L and Capex reporting, including dashboard preparation and variance analysis
• Support yearly budgeting and monthly reforecast processes through data collection, consolidation, and analysis
• Contribute to profitability analyses segmented by channel, brand, and store location
• Perform ad-hoc business and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Support the development and optimization of reporting tools and processes
• Collaborate across departments to advance a data-driven and analytical organizational culture

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in business controlling, financial planning, and analysis
• Basic understanding of P&L structures and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

Skills

Experience

Previous project or internship experience involving financial analysis or reporting is advantageous; however, strong foundational knowledge and intellectual curiosity will be valued.

Education

Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
