PVH seeks a Finance/Business Controller Assistant for a 6-month internship within the wholesale division of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Paris. The role focuses on wholesale business operations and financial analysis, including budget participation, variance analysis, reporting, and the creation of management dashboards. The successful candidate will support the Wholesale Controller for France & Benelux and collaborate closely with the Finance team on financial results analysis, order tracking, and strategic projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze financial results by Country, Brand, Channel, and Division
- Participate in Net Sales budgeting processes
- Compare Budget vs. Actual results and prior-year performance (WTD, MTD, YTD)
- Prepare reporting and activity monitoring analysis (order intake, restock, sell-in/sell-out by product category)
- Design and develop management dashboards for Finance and Sales teams
- Respond to ad hoc requests from commercial departments
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects
Qualifications
- Mandatory: valid internship agreement (convention de stage)
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Curiosity and passion for fashion and design
- Positive disposition and team-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
Ideally 6 months of experience in finance, business analysis, or management accounting roles.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, finance, or related academic programme.
